This condo unit is located on the 17th floor- the top floor- of the condominium. It is the same size as two and a half of our other units. This condo can easily sleep 12 people.

With an extended balcony, a jetted master bathtub, and a private sauna, this unit is nothing short of luxury.

Our penthouse has two master bedrooms and two regular sized bedrooms. Our penthouse has 3.5 bathrooms, two of which are master bathrooms.

The master sitting room has its own office space and balcony entrance.
The full kitchen allows for a spacious prep and cooking area. The dining room table is large enough to entertain your entire family. The outside table will allow your family to enjoy dinner while listening to the waves.

This unit has spectacular beach views and amazing views of the city as well.

During our In-Season months (March-August, this rental comes with beach service, which includes two beach chairs and an umbrella.

This penthouse unit is an individually owned home that is rented out short term so that others can experience a wonderful, luxurious time at the beach. We ask our guests to respect this condo the way they would want their own homes respected.
